Function Purpose
The sound, light, and smoke device is used with the sound, light, and smoke simulation training device shell. It is mainly used for simulating the throwing training and teaching of standard equipment. Through training and teaching, trainees can fully understand the structure and working principle of the device, master the throwing methods and usage skills, overcome psychological barriers when throwing standard equipment, improve training level, and reduce the safety risks of actual throwing.
Material, Process, and Performance Characteristics:
The sound, light, and smoke device is a special blank cartridge improved based on the prototype structure of a marking bullet. It is divided into two parts: the cartridge case and the intermediate body. It is made of copper using precision casting. After being triggered, it has the simulation effects of sound, light, and smoke; a special slot is designed, and the sound, light, and smoke device can be screwed into the matching sound, light, and smoke simulation training cartridge case for use. The installation is simple; after detonation, the cartridge case does not eject or burst, there is no residual spatter, and it is not lethal and safe to use.

2、 Firing method: Using a firing pin firing method or electronic detonation (For mechanical firing pins, no standard equipment or blank cartridges of any caliber can be installed; for electronic detonation, charging time ≤1h, after being fully charged, it can be used continuously for ≥200h) ；
3、 Usage effect: When used with the matching sound, light, and smoke simulation training device shell, it has obvious explosion sound and light and smoke effects. The sound intensity is ≥90 decibels and ≤150 decibels (environmental decibel value ≤60, distance ≥6 meters), and the visible time of the smoke after detonation reaches more than 2 seconds, with a detonation delay time of 2.8s~4s;
4 Transportation requirements: The transportation and delivery of the sound, light, and smoke device require dangerous goods transportation qualifications and must be delivered by a designated person and vehicle to the location designated by the tenderer.
Environmental adaptability: It can be used normally in the temperature range of -30℃～+50℃, can be detonated in water, and can be stored for a long time without self-ignition in a naturally dry environment;
It will not detonate when dropped from a height of 10 meters.
