Functional Requirements:

The ignition mechanism is based on the mechanical firing pin principle. The firing pin is released by unlocking the safety mechanism. Delayed 2.8S-4S detonation of the sound, light, and smoke device to achieve sound, light, and smoke effects. , Sound intensity ≥ 90 decibels, and ≤ 150 decibels , Number of times the casing can be reused ≥ 250 times. It does not have the lethality of standard ammunition; even if thrown incorrectly, it will not cause personal injury.

Material, Process, and Performance Characteristics: 

1. The casing is made of high-strength plastic by die casting. It can be reused multiple times, is durable, and not easily broken; the overall shape, weight, detonation method, delayed detonation time, and safety mechanism are basically consistent with standard ammunition; the safety mechanism can be repeatedly reset and installed, and is easy to operate; the ignition mechanism is based on the mechanical firing pin principle, releasing the firing pin by unlocking the safety mechanism, and detonating the sound, light, and smoke device to achieve sound, light, and smoke effects. 

2. The packaging box is made of injection-molded plastic, with shaped foam inside for cushioning and shock absorption, making it easy to carry the projectile and sound, light, and smoke device for training. Used with the sound, light, and smoke simulation training projectile, it has obvious explosion sounds and light and smoke effects, simulating the effects of standard explosive projectiles. After detonation, the sound, light, and smoke device has no residual spatter and is not lethal, making it safe and reliable. 

Technical Parameters: 

1 The ignition mechanism is based on the mechanical firing pin principle or electronic detonation (for mechanical firing pins, no standard equipment or blank ammunition of any caliber can be installed; for electronic detonation, charging time ≤ 1h , after being fully charged, it can be used continuously for ≥ 200h ), and the sound, light, and smoke device is detonated with a delay to achieve sound, light, and smoke effects.

Usage Effects: When used with the sound, light, and smoke device, it has obvious explosion sounds and light and smoke effects, sound intensity ≥ 90 decibels, and ≤ 150 decibels (environmental decibel value ≤ 60 , interval ≥ 6 meter distance), the visible time of the smoke after detonation reaches 2 seconds or more, delayed detonation time 2.8s~4s ;

6. Number of cycles of use: The casing can be reused multiple times. The service life on soft ground such as grass and soil is not less than 250 times, and the service life on hard ground such as cement is ≥ 90 times (try to avoid using it on hard ground such as cement and bricks);

7 at -30 ℃~ +50 ℃, it can be used normally, can be detonated in water, and can be stored for a long time in a naturally dry environment without self-ignition.
