Function Purpose

Used for unarmed combat training. The complete set of protective gear is tightly connected, effectively protecting the head, neck, chest, shoulders, arms, fingers, groin, legs, and insteps of the trainees. It is comfortable to wear, allows for flexible movement, meets the requirements of martial arts and combat training, reduces the probability of injury, improves combat effectiveness, and can provide effective support for military training.

Complete Set Configuration:

The protective gear consists of a helmet, chest protector, groin and thigh protector, one-piece shin guards, boxing gloves, fingerless gloves, a protective gear bag, and a matching wall target (each set of protective gear comes with one wall target). The protective gear is available in 2 set of protective gear comes with 1 one wall target). The protective gear is available in M, L, XL three sizes, and the wall target is one size fits all.

1. Helmet

1. The helmet's face mask is arc-shaped, referencing a "national" character face shape. It features a full-view, glare-free, eyeglass-style design. Made of polycarbonate material, it offers strong impact resistance, low-temperature resistance, and high transparency. Special material processing provides anti-fog and anti-scratch properties, making it scratch-resistant and anti-fogging. The fabric uses high-density polyamide Oxford cloth, the lining uses antibacterial fabric composite foam sponge, with breathable holes and air ducts for breathability and odor prevention. The lower jaw and forehead structure uses ergonomics, fitting the shape of the head and preventing displacement. The helmet earmuffs and top cover use TPU with an embedded hard plastic shell structure for effective head protection.

1-2 Functional Requirements:

The helmet's eyeglass-style face mask is fully transparent, unobstructed, anti-fog, and anti-scratch. The inner lining structure fits the shape of the head, providing comfortable wear, breathability, and antibacterial and deodorizing functions. The earmuffs and head cover have an embedded hard shell structure, resisting impact from equipment strikes and remaining undeformed. It effectively dissipates force and buffers impact, protecting vulnerable areas such as the head and ears from damage caused by external impacts.
