Function Purpose
Used for hand-to-hand combat training. The complete set of protective gear is tightly connected, protecting the head, neck, chest, shoulders, arms, fingers, and groin of the trainees. It is comfortable to wear, allows for flexible movement, and improves combat ability. 
Complete Set Configuration: 
The protective gear consists of a closed helmet, chest protector, groin and thigh protector, one-piece shin guard, fingerless gloves, and a protective gear bag. The protective gear is available in three sizes: M, L, and XL.

Helmet

Material, Craftsmanship, and Performance Characteristics: 
1. The face mask uses a goggle-type design, featuring strong impact resistance, low-temperature resistance, scratch resistance, and is made of transparent plastic. The goggles have anti-fog treatment and high transparency; the fabric is breathable, with an antibacterial, skin-friendly, soft, waterproof, and antibacterial fabric composite energy-absorbing shock-absorbing foam lining, breathable holes, and air ducts, providing good breathability. It is made using a molding process; the lower jaw and forehead structure fit the shape of the head, making it less prone to displacement; the earmuffs and top cover use a TPU embedded hard plastic cavity shell structure, effectively protecting the head. 
Functional Requirements: 
The goggle-type face mask is fully transparent without obstruction, anti-fog, and scratch-resistant; the inner lining structure fits the shape of the head, providing comfortable wear, breathability, and antibacterial and deodorant functions. The earmuffs and head cover have an embedded hard cavity shell structure, which is non-deformable, impact-resistant, and reduces injuries to the head and ears caused by impact.

4. Face mask physicochemical indicators: 125kg static pressure for 5S without breaking; Impact resistance: 3kg hammer 1-meter free fall impact without damage; Cold resistance: -30℃. Light transmittance: 85-91%; Abrasion rate: H value ≤8%; Anti-fog grade 2: Improves or prevents the formation of water droplets or fog in enclosed spaces, recovery time ≤3s good transparency, with a small amount of uneven fog. The clarity of the visual acuity chart in more than 50% of the area is completely consistent with that before the experiment. Anti-fog grade is tested at 20℃-0℃, according to GB/T31726-2015. Chest Protector

Material, Craftsmanship, and Performance Characteristics: 
The outer layer is made of waterproof and wear-resistant fabric, with a multi-layer composite inner lining, a plastic plate layer, and an antibacterial and deodorant lining. It is comfortable and hygienic to wear, effectively covering the chest, abdomen, and ribs, and is impact-resistant and provides reliable protection.

The protective layer has a multi-layer buffer structure, with an embedded hard plate to enhance impact resistance, effectively covering the chest, abdomen, and ribs. It has an antibacterial and deodorant lining and air ducts, making it comfortable and hygienic to wear.

Groin and Thigh Protector

One-piece external hanging elastic connection, allowing for self-adjustment of the fit according to body shape. The groin protector is ergonomically designed with a curved edge structure and a hard outer shell, providing strong impact resistance; the thigh protector is made of multi-layer materials with an embedded hard plate, providing impact resistance and reliable protection.

One-Piece Shin Guard

Made of waterproof and wear-resistant leather fabric, with a multi-layer foam and sponge inner lining, providing strong energy absorption, impact resistance, and reliable protection. It features a Velcro closure for adjustment, allowing for adjustable size and a secure and comfortable fit, effectively protecting the lower leg and instep.

The one-piece shin guard protects the lower leg and instep; it has air ducts, and the size is adjustable, providing a secure, comfortable, and breathable fit.

Split Finger Gloves

Material, Craftsmanship, and Performance Characteristics: 
The outer leather material is sewn, with a split finger and extended design, allowing for five-finger extension and gripping. The inner lining is foam-molded to protect the user's hands, with extended protection on the fingers to effectively prevent finger scraping and injury; 
Functional Requirements: 
During grappling training and confrontation, five fingers can be extended for gripping.
