Overview of the International Wushu Federation (IWUF)
The International Wushu Federation is the only global organization recognized by the International Olympic Committee to lead and manage martial arts. So far, it has developed 149 countries and regions on five continents. It has successfully held the 14th World Wushu Championships and the 6th World Youth Wushu Championships. The other six top world martial arts events, including the six official events (World Championships, World Legends, World Youth Championships, World Tai Chi Championships, Sanda World Cup, Routine World Cup) have their own characteristics and focuses, while pursuing the precision of competitive martial arts. The whole world is participating in martial arts sports, and is constantly expanding the international exchange and influence of martial arts sports and culture.
