Function and Use

Function Purpose

  The combat skill training and intelligent evaluation system is used with an electronic humanoid target for individual combat training and assessment in single-soldier grappling techniques. It collects strike force and count; allows setting of effective strike force and assessment time; distinguishes and records the maximum and effective strike force within each specified valid time; and assesses straight punches, spinning punches, hooked punches, flicking kicks, transverse kicks, push kicks, side kicks, transverse elbow strikes, and knee strikes. Based on the imported personnel list and assessment criteria, it evaluates the examinees' scores, allows viewing of historical scores, and supports score data export and printing. Trainees can self-practice and correct based on the screen data, while instructors can correct trainees' movements, power generation, and other professional skills based on the screen data. The software system automatically assesses and statistically analyzes trainees' scores, providing objective and accurate data for the assessment of troop's basic grappling techniques training.

Combat skill training and intelligent evaluation system is used in coordination with electronic humanoid target for pugilism training and assessment in the tactics of capture by single pawn; it has the function of collecting the strength and count of strikes; the value of active strike strength and assessment time can be set, maximum and value of active strike strength within each specified valid time can be distinguished and recorded, and assessment can be performed on the following actions: straight punch, spinning punch, hooked punch, flicking kick, transverse kick, push kick, side kick, transverse hit on the elbow, and right bump on the knee; performance of examinees is assessed in accordance to the imported roster and outlined criteria, historical performance is able to be viewed, exported and printed. Trainees can practice and correct independently according to the data on the display screen, whereas trainers can correct the trainees’ actions, power generation and other professional skills basing on the screen data, and the software system gives automatic assessment and statistics to trainees’ performance of examination in order to provide disinterested, accurate data for the assessment of troop’s fundamental training on capture tactics.

  (1) The system supports roster import, simultaneous training and assessment of 1-4 people, score inquiry, export, and printing;

  (2) Voice prompts are provided during training or assessment, and score information is announced via voice after assessment;

  (3) Effective strike force, effective strike count, and maximum strike force standards can be set for different weights and genders for each action, and trainees' scores are assessed according to these standards;

  (4) Training mode displays comprehensive information such as strike force, effective strike count, maximum strike force, average strike force, and total strike force for each strike, facilitating user assessment of training results.

  (5) The data display screen wirelessly connects to the intelligent management system, enabling full-screen display of individual assessment score data.

  3. Combat Skill Training and Evaluation Humanoid Target:

  (1) The humanoid sandbag uses a cast aluminum alloy inner shell, wrapped in a polyurethane foam cushioning layer, and coated with a high-tensile, impact-resistant seamless polyurea material;

  (2) The sandbag frame uses seamless steel pipe welding technology, modular design, and a square steel pipe welded base, with a rust-proof baked paint finish. The structure is stable and aesthetically pleasing; it is also easily disassembled for transport;

  (3) The evaluation sandbag uses a humanoid structural design and features multi-dimensional force sensors as core components, precisely collecting the force and count of strikes from straight punches, hooked punches, spinning punches, flicking kicks, transverse kicks, push kicks, side kicks, transverse elbow strikes, and knee strikes at 360 degrees. The evaluation sandbag frame and sandbag fastening method provide a stable and reliable structure, preventing continuous wobbling of the humanoid evaluation sandbag during strikes, ensuring precise force measurement.

  4. Evaluation Protective Gear: Boxing gloves use high-quality leather with a foam inner lining, providing high energy absorption, comfort, and breathability, protecting personnel and reducing injuries during training and evaluation.

  (2) Sandbag frame adopts seamless steel pipe welding technology and modularized design, pedestal is welded and spliced by square steel pipes, and surface has been treated with rustproof stoving varnish, rendering a stable and graceful structure; detachable package is convenient to transport;

  (3) Sandbag for evaluation adopts humanoid structure design, with multidimensional force measuring sensors as core devices that precisely collect the strength and count of strikes in such actions as straight punch, hooked punch, spinning punch, flicking kick, transverse kick, push kick, side kick, transverse hit on the elbow and right bump on the knee within 360 degrees; sandbag frame and sandbag for evaluation are fastened in such a fashion that they are stably and reliably structured, whereas the humanoid sandbag for evaluation is free of continuous wobble while being struck, ensuring the precision of strike force measurement.

  4. Protective equipment for evaluation: Boxing gloves adopt superior leather with a foamed inner container that is efficient in energy absorption, comfortable and air-permeable, to protect personnel and diminish injuries during training and evaluation.
