From April 24th to 29th, the "Yichang Center Tianchen Mansion" Cup 2019 National Men's Wushu Sanda Championships and the 15th World Wushu Championships Selection Tournament, hosted by the Wushu Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China, kicked off in Yichang. Sanda masters from across the country presented a clash of strength and skill for martial arts fans. This competition is a Class A event, representing the highest level of national men's Wushu Sanda and the most exquisite fighting skills in the country. More than 300 martial arts "hardcore" players gathered to compete in the final showdown over six days, vying for the championship in 12 weight classes, from 48KG to over 100KG. This competition brought together many big names, including world super Sanda champions, Asian Cup champions, and national Wushu Sanda champions, making the event exciting and spectacular.
15th World Wushu Championships Selection Tournament
It is worth mentioning that this competition is also the selection tournament for the 15th World Wushu Championships. The top 16 athletes in each weight class will compete in the annual National Wushu Sanda Championships and have the opportunity to represent China in the World Wushu Championships.
